These terms govern your use of ecomeai. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ecomeai generates ecommerce listing content — product titles, descriptions, and SEO fields — from details you provide. It is offered on a free tier and a paid subscription tier.
AI-generated content is yours to review
Content is produced by AI from your inputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish or submit it anywhere, including for the accuracy of product claims and for compliance with the policies of any platform you use it on (for example Shopify or Google Merchant Center). ecomeai does not guarantee any outcome, ranking, approval, or sales.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the details you enter and of the content generated for you, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. We own the ecomeai application, brand, and prompts; these terms grant you no rights in them.
Acceptable use
Do not use ecomeai to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to misrepresent products, to abuse or overload the service, or to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Creem, our merchant of record, who handles payment and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices may change on renewal with notice. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Free tier
The free tier is provided as-is and its limits may change. We may modify or discontinue free access at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ecomeai's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination, governing law, changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@ecomeai.com.
