This policy covers paid ecomeai subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, our merchant of record.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at support@ecomeai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund the unused part of a period.
Refunds
If you are charged in error, or something goes materially wrong with the service, email support@ecomeai.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Creem. Because a free tier lets you evaluate the product before paying, refunds outside these cases are at our discretion.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Creem. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
