This policy explains what ecomeai collects, why, and who processes it. ecomeai is a tool for generating ecommerce listing content. We collect as little as the service needs and do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Account data: if you sign up, your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time link and to contact you about the service.
Anonymous trial: if you use the free trial without an account, we create an anonymous identifier so we can count your remaining trial generations. It is not linked to your identity.
Generation data: the product details you enter and the content generated from them are stored so you can see your usage and so we can operate and improve the service. Do not enter information you consider confidential or personal about third parties.
Payment data: if you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your subscription status and a customer identifier — we do not see or store your card details.
Technical data: standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) kept to run and protect the service.
Service providers who process data for us
Supabase — authentication, database, and hosting of account and generation data.
OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to — the product details you submit are sent to generate your content.
Creem — payment processing and subscription billing, as merchant of record.
Vercel — application hosting. Cloudflare — DNS. Resend — sending sign-in emails.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Account and generation data are kept while your account is active. Anonymous trial users and their generations are deleted after roughly 30 days. Contact us at support@ecomeai.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@ecomeai.com. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children
ecomeai is a business tool and is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are under the age required to form a binding contract where you live.
